In January, The Colfax Art Gallery & Studio opened its doors at 10201 E Colfax in what was the oldest liquor store in Colorado. Since then we have had artist exhibitions, adult pottery classes and our signature event, Colfax Art Jams in the heart of the district at Fletcher Plaza.
We need your help! ACAD lost a major financial sponsor right in the middle of our season leaving us scrambling for funds which is the lifeblood of our non-profit. We need to raise at least $10,000 in the next 20 days to keep our programs going.
We are asking you to donate $100 or more today to help!
Your $100 gives you an exclusive invitation to the grand opening of our most amazing exhibit of the year featuring, Zsudayka Nzinga. Zsudayka is native of Aurora, Colorado, currently living in Washington D.C. whose work is being embraced all over the world. She is a multi-disciplinary fine artist, curator and arts educator and considers her work to be social-cultural anthropology. It largely focuses on mixed media collage portraiture and interior design installations that reflect American culture through color and design. In her murals and public works, Nzinga feels she has the opportunity to promote pride and connection. Her figures are juxtaposed together in an expression of joy, hope and the love of everyday life.

The color, movement, texture and emotion of Zsudayka’s work is no less than visually stunning. It must be seen in person to be truly appreciated.
